Pricing In The Implementation Of Education Funding In Indonesia By Information Technology-Based Joint Funding Services
Main Article Content
Abstract
Funding for higher education is one of the alternative options for paying the fees required to pursue higher education. Using the Normative Juridical methodology, this study shows that the problems that arise after the issue relate to the commercialization of education and the stigma of “Pinjol” which is bad in Indonesian society. This bad stigma ultimately degrades the business process of financial service institutions that provide educational funding options as an alternative to installment payments for education fees, thus giving rise to allegations of violations of provisions in the field of higher education law and business competition law.
